We stand firmly behind our AI solutions with our 30-Day Results Guarantee. If you don't experience measurable improvements within your first month of our subscription services, we'll provide additional optimization and refinement at absolutely no extra cost until you see concrete results. Your success isn't just our goal—it's our commitment. This guarantee applies specifically to our monthly subscription services (AI Collaboration Hub and AI Transformation Program).

Monthly Subscription Details

  • Cancel with 7 days notice before your next billing cycle

  • No long-term contracts required (except where specifically noted)

  • Downgrade or upgrade your plan at any time (effective next billing cycle)

  • Data and documentation remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation

AI Vision Blueprint (One-Time Service)

  • Full refund with 48+ hours notice

  • One-time reschedule offered for cancellations within 48 hours

  • No-shows may reschedule once for a $50 fee

  • To qualify for the Results Guarantee, implementation must begin within 14 days of receiving your Blueprint

  • A "no-show" means failure to attend without any prior communication

Workshop Cancellation Policy

Our AI workshops are limited to 8 participants. Due to this and the personalized nature of the sessions, the following policies apply:

Cancellations:

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule

  • 24–48 hours: 50% refund or reschedule (subject to availability)

  • Less than 24 hours: No refund

No-Show Policy:

  • No-shows will be charged the full fee

  • May reschedule once for $50

Rescheduling:

  • 48+ hours notice: No charge (based on availability)

  • Within 48 hours: $50 rescheduling fee (based on availability)

Refund Process

  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days

  • Returned to the original payment method

  • Processing fees (if any) may be deducted

  • We reserve the right to pursue outstanding balances for services with incomplete payments

How to Cancel or Reschedule

  • Provide a preferred reschedule date/time if applicable

  • Subscriptions may also be canceled via your client portal
